Group Registration Instructions

Please Read instructions below and complete the 2 Parts of the registration for Groups. Fill our the form, AND complete the attached spreadsheet with names and information. Thank You!

1. Select the number of guests you are going to register and Click on the "Get Tickets" Button

2. Enter the name of the Group/Group Home under the "Name" Field for the first attendee listed.

3. Enter the Email for the Primary Point of Contact for the first attendee listed. 

     NOTE: You only need to complete the form for the first attendee. You can leave the rest blank and go down to "Checkout" 

4. Download the Group Registration Form, Complete, and Email back to NightToShineCanton@gmail.com within 24 hours of registering (NOTE: Due to high demand, registrations will be removed if we do not receive the Group Registration form within 24 hours of registering)
